Kuo Rong Chen
President, Yulon Motor Company, Ltd.


Mr. Chen joined Yulon Motor in1985 and has rotated between the president”¦s office, R&D department (YATC), and marketing business group. He is responsible for planning and coordinating business developments between Yulon Motor and auto-related businesses.
Yi-Cheng Liu
President, Hua-chuang Automobile & Information Technical Center Corporation

Prior to joining Hua-chuang, Mr. Liu was the first president of Yulon-Nissan Motor Company, Ltd., a joint venture between Yulon Motor and Nissan Motor. He has worked for Yulon Motor since 1978 and has held the positions of president, vice president, spokesperson, and director of the Sanyi factory.
Wen Cheng Huang
President, China Motor Corporation

Since joining China Motor Corporation in 1987, Mr. Huang has served as the company”¦s vice president as well as assistant manager of the business planning group. From 1993 to 1995, Mr. Huang supervised the establishment of South East Motor in China, a joint venture between CMC and Fujian Automobile Industry Group. As vice president, he promotes collaboration between CMC and Daimler-Chrysler in Taiwan and China.
Robert Y.L. Mao
President and CEO of Greater China Region of Nortel Networks Corporation

Mr. Mao has been involved with the telecommunication and IT industry for over 30 years in Asia, the United States, and Europe. He has served as area president of Alcatel”¦s Greater China region and president and CEO of Alcatel Taisel, a full-fledged industrial unit which designs, manufactures, and sells telecommunication network products. Prior to Alcatel, Mr. Mao held a number of senior managerial and technical positions in the United States with ITT Corporation and Norton Company.
T.C. Kuo

Mr. Kuo has over 25 years of  in the financial and investment fields. He joined Yulon Group in 1993 to work in the financial management and high-tech investment areas. Mr. Kuo also has over 15 years of  working for U.S. banks in areas including credit extension, corporate finance, treasury, underwriting, and trading.

Charles Cheng
President, Tai Yuen Venture Capital Investment Corp.

Charles has over 15 years of financial and investment management experience. His expertise and connection in China has added exceptional value to PAC-LINK. Charles was the CEO of Carnival Industrial, a listed and leading textile company. He signed contract with Giorgio Armani to be the sole distributor in Taiwan, thus enhanced the brand awareness and market value of Carnival. In 1993, Charles set up a textile joint venture Yuanji Textile in Sandong for Yulon Group, acting as the first CEO of the JV. In 1995, Charles was promoted to be Yulon”¦s representative in Beijing. Currently, Charles is a director of Taiwin and Yuanji. He is also a board member of Carnival.

Jeffrey Y. Tang
President, Myson Century, Inc.

Dr. Tang assisted Allen Hsu in establishing PAC-LINK in 1998 and served as the company”¦s first General Manager. Jeff has 23 years of  in the semiconductor industry. He founded Myson Technology in 1990, which became Taiwan”¦s leading IC design house and a listed company in communication network chips in Taiwan. As CEO of Myson, Dr. Tang took the company IPO in 1996.
