successful initial public
offering.

Turbocomm will be going public
in Taiwan on Jan 2nd, 2002. It
will be listed on the TSE market
with NT$35 per share. Turbocomm
is the biggest cable modem maker
in Taiwan. It is estimated EPS 3
in year 2001 and the revenue
will keep growing up in 2002.
