Gemtek completed a successful
initial public offering.

Gemtek will be the first company
in Wireless LAN to be going
public in Taiwan on Jan 11th,
2002. It will be listed on the
TAIDAQ Exchange with NT$98 per
share. Its market price has
reached NT$200 per share in the
gray market. We think it is
possible to reach NT$200 per
share after its IPO due to the
great growing-up potential of
Wireless LAN industry.
