PAC-LINK invests in a broad spectrum of industries, including auto, life sciences, semiconductors, optical electronic, communication, and software. Emphasis is placed on vertically integrated projects to improve exit position.

Investment Stages
The Fund seeks a balanced portfolio in early, expansion, and late stage investments. Late stage investments are focused on companies with transparent financial information disclosure and down side protection to the investment. Expansion stage investments are focused on companies with positive revenue trends, proven products and a seasoned management team that has demonstrated market expertise. Early stage investments are focused on companies with unique technologies, products, or business models.

Investment Size
PAC-LINK would like to gain influence in the target company by increasing investment positions ranging from US$2~10 million.

Investment Process
PAC-LINK has an experienced team and a comprehensive investment procedure to evaluate a target company. According to the properties of each investment opportunity, PAC-LINK will select specific industry experts to evaluate the opportunity in the due diligence process. Prior to any investment, PAC-LINK will analyze all appropriate exit strategies for a target company. Historically, the majority of PAC-LINK’s investments have led to IPOs, though we may at times decide that strategic acquisitions offer a better solution. Finally, PAC-LINK will firmly execute its investment approval procedure prior to any investment decision.
